My wife and I visited Raghulaxmi Apartment last week to check out the progress. We are considering a 2 BHK here since the size range of 400 to 569 square feet fits our current needs well. Being located in Chala is a big benefit for us because we need easy access to the highway for our commute. The project is still under construction but the team at Raghulaxmi Enterprise seems quite professional with their schedule. We were happy to see they are planning for a swimming pool and a community hall. One minor concern we have is the potential for construction dust in the area right now, but that is expected. We hope the internal roads and footpaths are finished nicely by the time we get the possession in December 2026.

My only slight issue is that the pricing details are not available yet, which makes planning the finances a bit tricky for me at this stage.

Finding a flat near St. Francis' Secondary & Higher Secondary School was our main priority and Raghulaxmi Apartment hits that mark perfectly. It is just about 1 kilometer away which makes the morning school run very easy for us. The project offe2 BHK flats which are suitable for our family of four. We are impressed that the developer included a dedicated kids play area and landscaping. We are also looking forward to the swimming pool once the project is finished in December 2026. The construction by Raghulaxmi Enterprise appeato be moving along steadily. We did find that the parking space is a bit tight, but otherwise, everything seems fine. The neighborhood in Chala feels safe and quiet, which is exactly what we wanted for the children.
