We bought a 4 BHK flat, which is quite spacious at 2880 square feet super builtup. It's ready to move, which was perfect. The location in Shivaji Nagar is decent, close to N Ambazari road. What's great is its proximity to Nagpur Railway Station, which is practically nearby, making travel very easy. However, the noise from the nearby main road can be a bit botheome at times, especially during the day. The building itself is from 2014, so it's not brand new, but it has lifts and seems well maintained.
