The location in Vallabh Vidhyanagar is convenient, with BAPS Swaminarayan Vidyamandir nearby, perfect for the kids. We also liked the children's play area and the landscaping. The price starting from 26.99 Lakh was within our budget. However, the road leading to the project can be a bit narrow and dusty at times, especially during construction periods. Overall, it’s a decent place for families, but we hope the road gets improved soon.
