We were looking for a place to build our own home and found plots in Raghavendra Nagar. Being in Vanur, Thinkodipakkam Village, it's relatively quiet, which is nice for us. The fact that it's ready to move means we can start planning construction soon. The developer, Thiru R Rajan, has a name, and we are trusting them. One issue we noticed is that the roads leading to the project are not very wide, and during peak hou, traffic can be a bit slow. We are hoping this improves as the area develops. We need a permanent place after yeaof renting, and this plot feels like a good start.
