Relocating to Chennai for work at Kauvery Hospital was a big step, and finding a home close by was my top priority. Raghav Vignarajapuram's proximity to the hospital is a massive advantage, saving me valuable commute time. Medavakkam is a rapidly developing locality in Chennai South. The project by Raghav Foundations being ready to move in was perfect for my urgent need. Velammal New Gen School nearby is also a good sign of the area's development. The apartment itself is well-constructed and feels peaceful. I'm still getting used to the Chennai traffic, which can be intense, but the convenience of this location outweighs that concern.

Having worked in Chennai for many yea, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down after retirement. Raghav Vignarajapuram in Medavakkam seemed like a good option. The proximity to Kauvery Hospital is very important at this stage of life. Being close to the school is also good, though not directly relevant to me now. I appreciate that the project is ready to move in, avoiding the long wait. Raghav Foundations has a decent reputation. The area is developing, but I do find the traffic on the main road during peak houa bit much sometimes. Still, the apartment itself is quiet.

We were looking for a ready to move property in Chennai South and found Raghav Vignarajapuram. The location in Medavakkam is quite convenient for us. It's really close to Velammal New Gen School, which is a major plus since we are planning to start a family soon. Also, Kauvery Hospital being just a kilometer away gives us peace of mind. The Raghav Foundations team was helpful during the site visit, answering all our queries patiently. We liked the layout of the flat we saw, it felt quite spacious for a 2 BHK. The only small issue is that the internal roads within the community could be a bit wider, especially for parking.
