I looked at the 1 BHK flats, with super built-up areas between 460 and 515 sq.ft. It's a comfortable size for me. The location is decent, not too far from Velachery Tambaram Road. The children's play area is a nice touch, even though I don't have kids, it adds to the community feel. The only thing is the price point, which was slightly higher than I expected, but the overall quality made me go for it.
