We were looking for a spacious 3 BHK in Gurgaon for our growing family, and Radiant Pragati Heights seemed like a good option. The 1280 square feet built-up area is generous, giving the kids enough room to play inside. We bought it for around 30.72 Lakh, which felt like a fair price for a ready-to-move flat. Having The Vivekananda School nearby at nearby was a major deciding factor for us. The amenities like the children's play area and the swimming pool are definite pluses that the kids enjoy immensely. My only slight worry is the traffic on Golf Coue Extension Road during school drop-off and pick-up times; it can get quite congested. Power backup is also a welcome feature.

Radiant Pragati Heights offered a 3 BHK flat which felt a bit large, but the price at 30.72 Lakh seemed reasonable for the area. I really like the cycling and jogging track provided; it helps me stay active after work. The security guards are present, which gives me peace of mind. The biggest drawback is the dust and construction noise from nearby projects; it’s quite noticeable during the day. Also, finding parking can sometimes be a challenge, especially if you have guests. It’s not the most central location, but it’s manageable with a vehicle. Overall, it’s a decent place for a single peon looking for a ready flat.
