We chose Radiance Royale because of its proximity to schools. Sana Model School is nearby, which is very convenient for the kids. The 2 BHK configuration we got has a built-up area of 551 Sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for our family of three. The price was around 37.34 L. Having a swimming pool and a multipurpose room is great for the children’s activities. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look nice. However, the traffic on the main road can get quite heavy during peak hou, making school drop-offs a bit of a rush. We are hoping the roads improve over time. The 24X7 water supply is a definite plus.
