We liked the location because it's close to the Medavakkam-Sholinganallur road, making our commute easier. The amenities like the basketball court and multipurpose room are great for unwinding after work. The price for our unit was about 45 Lakhs. The developer, Radiance Realty DevelopeIndia Ltd, seems to have finished the project on time. The only slight drawback is that the dust from ongoing construction in the wider area can sometimes be noticeable.

My kids love the swimming pool and the separate kid's pool area. The school, Velammal New Gen, is only nearby, which is very convenient for us. We also appreciate the 24x7 water supply, which is a big relief. The price was around 80 Lakhs, which was within our budget for this configuration. The construction seems solid. One minor issue is that the roads around Perumbakkam can get quite congested during peak hou, but that's typical for Chennai.
