The 4 BHK builder floor is huge, 2250 sq.ft carpet area, which is more than enough for us now and for the future. It's ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait for construction. The location is great, very close to the Huda City Center Metro Station, which is perfect for my office commute. We also liked the closed car parking facility. The price starting at 2.15 Crore was a bit high for us, but we managed with a loan. The nearby Millennium City Centre Gurugram Metro Station is a short distance, adding to the connectivity.
