The location in Nikol is quite accessible, with the Sardar Patel Ring Road nearby. Radhika Buildspace Private Limited is building this project, aiming for completion in December 2027. The amenities like power backup and 24x7 water supply are crucial for me. My main reservation is the current construction status; the area can be quite dusty and noisy during the day. I am hoping this improves significantly closer to the completion date. The nearby metro station is also a plus.

Getting a place near Dipak School was our priority, and Radhika Royal is only a short distance, which is fantastic for the kids. We looked at the 3 BHK apartment which has a built-up area of approximately 1193 Sq.ft. The developer, Radhika Buildspace Private Limited, has included several facilities like a Senior Citizen Siteout and Solar Lighting, which shows they have thought about different residents. The Narol-Naroda Road is also close by. However, the dust from ongoing construction is quite noticeable at the moment, and I hope they manage it well as the project progresses towards its December 2027 completion date. The proximity to the school makes up for some of that.

I liked that they have 24x7 CCTV Surveillance and Video Door Security, which makes me feel safe. The location near Somnath Party Plot in Nikol is developing nicely. Radhika Buildspace Private Limited promises a December 2027 completion. One thing that concerns me slightly is the traffic noise from the nearby roads, especially the Narol-Naroda Road. It's something I will have to get used to, but the overall package of security and location seems good for a fit-time buyer like me. The reception area also looked nice during the site visit.
