The landscaping and tree planting are lovely, and the gazebo offea nice spot to relax outdooThe availability of a multi-purpose room and yoga room is perfect for our daily routines. While the location near CTM Cross Road is convenient for basic needs, the traffic on the Express Highway Service Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider. The apartment is a 3 BHK and quite large. The construction by Vasani Group looks solid. We are looking forward to the completion in March 2026 and settling in fully.

The location is decent, though the narrow lane leading to the property can be a bit inconvenient sometimes, especially with a car. Moving into Radhe Sky was a good decision for me. As a single woman, security is important, and they have an aesthetic entrance with security and a waiting lounge which makes a good fit impression. The high-speed automatic lift is also convenient. I work near the CTM Cross Road, and the connectivity via the Express Highway Service Road is excellent, cutting down my commute significantly. The flat is a 3 BHK, quite spacious, offering enough room for guests. The swimming pool and multi-purpose yoga room are great for unwinding after work. The only small issue is the dust from the nearby highway construction sometimes, but it's manageable.

Satellite School For Children is only nearby, and the Gurukul Road Metro Station is also close, making commuting easy for my husband. The 3 BHK flat is spacious enough for our two children, and the dedicated kids play and indoor zone is a big hit with them. We appreciate the rainwater harvesting system and water conservation efforts. The cricket pitch and tennis court are also nice additions for weekend activities. The only drawback is that the OC is not yet available, which is a bit of a concern for us as a family.

Rental demand in this area has been steady, and I'm hoping for good appreciation given the area's development. The price point of 80.99 Lakh onwards for a 1836 Sq.yd. Plot area for the flats seemed reasonable for a new construction. While it's ready to move, the OC is not yet available which is a slight concern for future resale, but hopefully that gets sorted soon. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good additions. Vasani Group has a decent track record, which gave me confidence in booking.
