The 3 BHK flat is 2250 sq.ft, which is comfortable for our family. The project offeessential amenities like a children's play area and 24x7 security, ensuring the kids are safe. The price of 87.5 Lakhs for the 3 BHK was competitive in this area. We are happy with the ready-to-move aspect, allowing us to settle in quickly. The natural open greens are a nice touch for weekend relaxation, although the overall maintenance needs to be consistent. The clubhouse is also a good addition.

    Finally bought my fit flat at Radhe Heights. The 2250 sq.ft 3 BHK seemed like a good starting point, and the price of 87.5 L was within my budget. I liked that it's ready to move, so no waiting around. The location in Bhat is quiet, which is a change from the city hustle. They have a gymnasium which I plan to use a lot.
