Buying this for my parents was a smooth experience at Radhamohan Villa. Radhamohan DevelopePrivate Limited made the paperwork quite easy. Since it is a ready to move project, my parents could move in without any construction hassle. They have a 3 BHK unit with around 950 square feet of carpet area which gives them plenty of space. The location in Patrapada is near Manipal Hospitals Bhubaneswar which gives me peace of mind. The landscaping is beautiful and well kept. My only minor suggestion would be that the lobby area could be lit better during the evenings. Otherwise, the facility is excellent. The water supply is reliable and the neighboare very respectful of the elderly residents.
