The 1 BHK configuration, with a built-up area of 650 square feet, felt spacious enough for our needs. We were impressed by the landscaping and tree planting; it makes the complex feel quite pleasant. The nearby Orange City Hospital & Research Institute is also a great plus for us. Rachana Construction has been around for a while, and this project is ready to move, which meant we could settle in quickly. One small thing is that the parking area looks a little tight, especially if more residents have caBut overall, it's a good step up from our rental.
