Being ready to move was the biggest factor for us, as we wanted to settle in quickly. The price was around 41.83 Lakhs, which was at the higher end of our budget, but we managed with a loan. The location near Sahyandri Convent & High School on Wardha Road is very convenient for daily needs and future schooling. Rachana Construction has provided basic amenities like a children's play area and security guards. The internal roads are well-built. One minor issue is that parking can feel a bit congested during weekends when visitor vehicles arrive.
