    I purchased a plot here a few months ago. Rachana Mithila 2 is located on Wardha Road, near Pipla Village. I picked a plot size of 2819 Sq.ft. The price was around 50 Lakhs, which I felt was reasonable for the area. The project is ready to move, completed in December 2019. They have good landscaping and tree planting, which I appreciate. There is also a yoga and meditation area, which is perfect for my retirement lifestyle. The street lighting is also well done. My only concern is the dust on the road leading to the plots sometimes, but that's common in developing areas. Overall, it’s a peaceful place for my family.
