We were renting a small flat and decided to upgrade. Rachana Meghspah felt like a good option. We are looking at a 3 BHK which is approximately 1350 square feet. The price range is from 58.85 Lakh to 80.25 Lakh. The location on London Street-Wardha Road is decent, close to Somalwar High School where I teach. The project offeessential amenities like a swimming pool and a children's play area. We are concerned about the parking, as it might get crowded with many residents. However, the 24x7 water supply and CCTV surveillance are reassuring for us as a family.
