Decided to buy this flat in Rachana Gharkul for my parents who are living in Nagpur. The location in Ram Nagar seemed convenient for them. It is ready to move which is a big plus, so they can shift in immediately. I checked with the neighbouand they said the Rachana Construction has a decent reputation locally. The proximity to Saraswati Vidyalaya is also good in case they need any local services or have visitowith kids. The only minor worry is the traffic noise from the main road, which can be a bit much sometimes. However, overall I think it's a good option for senior citizens. Hope they will be comfortable here.

We needed a place quickly for our family in Nagpur and Rachana Gharkul offered ready to move flats. Being in Ram Nagar is great because Saraswati Vidyalaya is very close, which is a major factor for us with two young children. It’s reassuring to have a good school within walking distance. The connectivity is also decent, with the LAD Square Metro Station not too far away, making travel convenient for my husband's work. Rachana Construction is the developer here. The main drawback we've observed is the limited parking space, which can be a real headache on weekends when friends visit. Also, the road leading to the project can get quite busy during peak hou, causing some traffic congestion.
