I chose a 3 BHK villa with a built-up area of 883 square feet; it's a comfortable size for me. The project also provides 24x7 water supply, which is essential. The terrace garden is a lovely touch for relaxation. Being close to Kishoinhji School No.1, nearby, is also a plus, though not directly relevant to me, it shows the area is well-established. The main thing is the overall feel of the place is quite serene. I haven't faced any major issues so far.
