I decided to purchase a 5 BHK apartment at Raama Three60 in Gotri. The location is very central, with proximity to major roads like Race Coue Road. The apartment itself is quite large, with a carpet area of 5083 Sq.ft. Raama Buildtech has included essential amenities like lifts, high speed elevato, and ample car parking. The landscaping and tree planting will surely add to the aesthetics once completed. The project is scheduled for completion by August 2027. While the location is good, the roads around the construction site can be a bit uneven, making the short drive from the main road a little bumpy.

As a business owner, I look for projects with good connectivity and amenities. Raama Three60 in Gotri fits the bill. Being close to Gotri Road and State Highway 11 is a big advantage for my travel. The 5 BHK apartments are very spacious, with carpet areas ranging from 5073 Sq.ft to 5083 Sq.ft. I am particularly impressed with the inclusion of a RO water system and 24x7 water supply. The fire retardant structure and fire fighting systems provide peace of mind. The project is under construction, with completion expected in August 2027. The dust and noise from the ongoing construction site are a bit botheome currently, but I expect that to improve once it's finished.

It's very close to BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital, which makes my commute to the hospital extremely easy. The 5 BHK apartment offea generous carpet area of 5073 Sq.ft. I appreciate the inclusion of a fire retardant structure and fire fighting systems for safety. The high speed elevatoare a good addition too. The project is still under construction and expected to be ready by August 2027. The only downside I've noticed is the traffic on Gotri Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested.

The location in Gotri is quite convenient, very close to Akshar Public School and BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital, which is important for them. We've bought a 5 BHK apartment at Raama Three60, primarily because it's so close to Akshar Public School (APS). Having the school nearby is a huge relief for us. The apartment size is huge, around 5073 Sq.ft carpet area, which is great for our growing kids. Raama Buildtech has also included a community hall, which will be useful for gatherings. The landscaping and tree planting are also a nice touch for a greener environment. It's under construction and should be completed by August 2027. The parking situation seems a bit tight from what I saw, which might be a minor issue later on.
