The price was around 70.8 Lakhs. While the location is convenient for medical needs, I do worry about them managing the commute if they need to go further out. We haven't seen the building ouelves yet, but the photos look good and the developer RAAJ FITBLISS ENTERPRISES ENTERPRISES RISES ISES SES ES S has a decent reputation.

The 3 BHK flat is quite large, 1475 Sq.ft super builtup area, giving the kids plenty of room to play. It's ready to move, which was convenient. The price was 70.8 Lakhs onwards. While the school proximity is amazing, the traffic on the main roads around Behala can get quite heavy during school drop-off and pick-up times, which is something we have to manage daily.
