Our main priority was a home close to our kids' school. Christ Public School is just half a kilometer away from Raaga 1, which is perfect. We opted for a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 775 sq.ft. The community building and clubhouse facilities are good for family activities. H V Nagesh has included features like a fire fighting system and fire sprinkle, which is reassuring. The Jodi Bevina Mara bus stop is also very close by, making commuting easier. The Vastu compliant design was also a plus for us when deciding. It feels safe and well-maintained.
