The location in Ganeshpeth Colony is decent, and it's great that Nagpur Railway Station is nearby. The price is 1.51 Crore, which is manageable. I do wish the parking was a bit more open, but closed car parking is provided. Construction is ongoing, with completion expected by December 2028.
