The 1100 sq.ft carpet area is a big improvement for us. The proximity to the Thaltej Metro Station, nearby, is fantastic for commuting to our schools. We also appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The only drawback we've noticed is the traffic noise from S G Highway, especially during peak houIt's something we're getting used to. The price of 1.41 Crore is manageable with our combined income.
