Finally got my fit plot at R R Homes in Jhotwara. I bought the 445 Sq.ft size which seemed like a good starting point. The price was around 5.78 Lakh which fit my budget perfectly. Raj Rajeshwari Realheights mentioned it is ready to move, which is great. The location near Kishorepura is decent, though getting there involves a few smaller roads. I visited the site a couple of times and it looked alright. There were some dust issues from ongoing construction nearby, but I guess that’s normal for this area. I am hoping to build a small house here in the next year or two. It felt like a safe investment for a fit-time buyer like me.

We were tired of paying rent and decided to buy our own plot to build a house. R R Homes in Jhotwara caught our eye. We looked at the 1785 Sq.ft plots which were priced around 23.2 Lakh. It being ready to move was a huge plus. The location in Kishorepura is developing nicely, and it's close to Vardhman srikalyan International School, which is convenient for our children. The main issue we are facing is the paperwork and the lack of OC received, which makes getting a bank loan a little difficult. We are still hopeful, as the plot sizes are good and the price is manageable for us.
