It’s a short drive to the hospital, and thankfully, Koyambedu Metro Station isn't too far either, which will be useful for exploring the city. The 2 BHK flat we looked at has a good layout and is 990 square feet, providing enough room. Since it's ready to move, the transition will be smoother. The only slight drawback is the general traffic noise during peak hou, but that's common in this part of Chennai. Queens Foundations seems to have delivered a solid product.
