I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Queens Abhinaya in Iyyappanthangal. It is a ready to move property. The size of the flat is around 900 square feet, which is comfortable for my family. The price was about 30 Lakhs. Being a government employee, I appreciated that the project was completed a while ago, in 2013, so there were no construction delays to worry about. The power backup is a useful amenity. The location is decent, close to schools and hospitals. However, I found the approach road to the project a bit narrow and dusty, especially during dry weather. Also, the distance to Koyambedu Metro Station is nearby, which is a bit far if you rely on the metro often. Overall, it's a stable property.
