It’s a ready-to-move-in project, which is convenient if one plans to build immediately or wants to secure land without waiting for approvals. Pyramid Finmart developed this project, and it was completed in 2014. The connectivity via the expressway is excellent, making it easy to travel to different parts of NCR. However, the nearest metro station is quite a distance away, which could be a minor inconvenience for some. The area itself is still developing, so there's potential but also the usual dust and noise associated with developing regions.
