We were looking for a ready-to-move place in North Bangalore and found Pyramid Bilberry. It's in Chokkanahalli Village, which is quite peaceful. We looked at a 2 BHK with around 506 square feet carpet area. The price was around 53.52 Lakhs, which fit our budget. The developer, Pyramid Builde& Develope, seems to have a good track record. The community has a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which are important for us. The location is decent, close to Thanisandra Main Road. We liked the landscaping and the overall feel of the project. It seemed like a good place to start our life together. We are considering this one seriously.

I recently moved into Pyramid Bilberry. It is located in Chokkanahalli Village, North Bangalore. I bought a 2 BHK unit. The carpet area is good, around 743 square feet. The price was manageable, close to 60 Lakhs. The developer, Pyramid Builde& Develope, delivered the project in 2016, so it was ready to move in. The amenities are plenty – there's a gymnasium, a swimming pool, and even a small grocery shop within the complex. It's a gated community. My commute to work is okay, close to SH104. My only small concern is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning for future documentation.

The gated community has a gymnasium, swimming pool, and sports facilities like a cricket pitch and volleyball court. The connection to Thanisandra Main Road and Kogilu Main Road is decent. My only reservation is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, which can be noticeable sometimes. The carpet area sizes are generous, though.
