The price range is between 75 Lakh and 90 Lakh, which is a significant investment but the amenities are impressive. They have a swimming pool, a kid's pool, and even a fully furnished clubhouse with indoor sports. Being close to Mount Litera Zee School is a huge advantage for us. The developer, Swami BuildeAnd Develope, has a decent track record. We visited the site and the construction quality seemed good, although there was some dust from ongoing work. The completion is slated for March 2025.

However, the developer has included high-quality CP and sanitary fittings, and granite kitchen platforms, which are good touches. The nearby Orange City Hospital is also a plus.
