The 1 BHK apartment I bought has a carpet area of 386.64 Sq.ft which is very easy for me to maintain after a long day at work. Pushpam DevelopeValsad has included an electrical meter room and proper water conservation setups which shows they have planned the infrastructure well. The location in Vapi is great for my daily office commute. I do wish the common areas were a bit bigger, but for a single peon, this space is perfect and very manageable.
