Sun Shakti Realtor Llp is developing this project in Madhyamgram, Kolkata. The price range is reasonable, starting from 25.27 Lakh. While the construction is ongoing and completion is slated for December 2028, the landscaping and tree planting mentioned in the amenities are a nice touch. It's good to see a focus on green spaces. However, the distance to Narayana Hospital, at nearby, is a bit further than ideal if quick medical access is needed. Overall, it seems like a decent place for a quiet retirement.
