I was looking for a ready to move flat close to my office. Pushpak Apartment B seemed like a good option. The 1070 sq.ft built up area for the 2 BHK is quite spacious, giving enough room. Having 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance provides peace of mind, which is important for me. The location in Ajanta Society is decent, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road. Power backup is also a plus. The construction quality appeasolid. The maintenance charges seem reasonable for the amenities offered. I visited the site last week and it looked well-kept.

The apartment is located in Ajanta Society, Jamnagar. We were impressed by the comprehensive safety features, including 24x7 security, CCTV surveillance, and an earthquake-resistant structure. The provision of 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential for our daily routines. The nearby Oshwal Aayush Hospital is a convenient addition. The only minor downside we observed is that the approach road to the project could be better maintained, it feels a bit dusty and unpaved.
