I opted for a 1218 sq.ft 3 BHK which feels adequate for my family. The building has basic amenities like car parking and a lift, which are essential. The price point of around 2.01 Crore was within my budget. The only minor issue is that construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can be a bit botheome sometimes, but it's manageable. The rain water harvesting system is a good environmental feature.
