The 3 BHK apartments are quite spacious, around 1450 Sq.ft, which gives us enough room. Having Parvathy Hospital also a short distance is a huge relief for any emergency. The project is ready to move, which was perfect for us as we didn't want to wait. The paved compound and landscaping look nice. My only slight worry is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but inside the complex it's usually quiet.
