After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. I invested in a residential plot at Pushkar Nisarg in Khasarmari, Nagpur. The location on Wardha Road is convenient for getting around the city, and it's great that Aspire International School is a short distance for visiting grandchildren. I chose a plot size of 1614 Sq.ft, which gives me enough space for gardening. The project is ready to move, having been completed in 2007. While the area is generally calm, the access road could be improved; it's a bit narrow and bumpy at times. However, for a retired professional like myself, the sense of owning land in a developing area like this is very reassuring. Pushkar Homes delivered on this project.

I purchased a plot of 1130 Sq.ft at Pushkar Nisarg a few months ago. As a government employee, I was looking for a stable investment and a place to build later. The project is located in Khasarmari, near Wardha Road in Nagpur. It was completed in 2007, so it's a ready to move option. The proximity to Suretech Hospital and Research Centre, a short distance, is also a plus. While the area is developing, the approach road could be a little better maintained, there is some dust during dry weather. However, the plot size is decent for the price I paid, though I won't mention the exact amount. It feels like a secure investment for the future.
