Being a short distance from Kanchi Kamakoti CHILDS Trust Hospital is incredibly convenient for my professional. The 3 BHK flat is a good size at 2000 sq.ft built up, offering enough space for my family. I was impressed with the amenities like power backup and the fire fighting system, which are essential for peace of mind. The zero brokerage aspect was also attractive. The only drawback is the limited parking space mentioned by some residents, which might be a squeeze if we get a second car. The overall build quality looks solid though.

We were looking for a larger home for our growing family and found Pushkar Irene. The location is fantastic, being a short distance Madras Christian College Higher Secondary School, which makes the school run so much easier. Our 3 BHK apartment is 2000 sq.ft and feels very comfortable for all of us. The 24x7 water supply is a huge plus, and the power backup system means we never have to worry about interruptions. Pushkar Properties Pvt Ltd has provided good security features with 24x7 CCTV. The main reason I'm not giving it a perfect score is the dust on the roads in the immediate vicinity, which is common in developing areas but still a bit botheome. We also found the price of 3.5 Crores onwards to be at the higher end of our budget.

We also appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance; it adds to the feeling of security. The only slight issue is the traffic noise sometimes, as it's quite centrally located. My only concern is the lack of readily available information about completion dates and OC received, which makes it slightly harder to gauge the long-term value precisely. However, for the current market, it seems like a reasonable deal.
