The location on Samta-Gotri Main Road is quite accessible, and it's close to the State Highway 11. The price range of 38.03 Lakh to 65.05 Lakh is within our budget for a 2 or 3 BHK. We really liked the idea of a terrace garden and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. The G+7 building structure with reserved parking is standard. One thing that concerns us is the proximity to HCG Cancer Hospital, which is nearby. While it's a good facility, we prefer not to have major hospitals too close by.
