The flat itself, a 3 BHK with a built-up area of about 1377 square feet, offegood ventilation and natural light as advertised by Purti Realty. I appreciated the inclusion of a gymnasium and a multipurpose room. The price was around 96 Lakhs, which was manageable for a ready-to-move property in this vicinity. My only concern is the distance to the hospital, nearby, which might mean a longer commute depending on traffic conditions.

Our 3 BHK flat is spacious, measuring around 1304 square feet, with plenty of room for the kids. The project has a swimming pool and an indoor games area that the children are already enjoying. Being ready to move in was fantastic, as we didn't have to wait long after booking. The 24x7 security and video door security give us peace of mind. The only downside is that the Taratola Metro Station is a bit of a walk at nearby, and sometimes traffic can be heavy on SN Roy Road.
