We were looking for a ready-to-move property in Faridabad and found Puri Aanand Vilas. The 3 BHK flats range from 1895 Sq.ft to 2430 Sq.ft, and we chose one of the larger ones for extra space. The location near High Street Mall and Puri 81 is very convenient for shopping and dining. We liked the idea of 75% apartments having a 3-sided open design for better ventilation. The imported marble flooring is also a premium feature. The only drawback we found is that the parking can be a bit congested, especially during peak houWe are happy with the amenities like the gymnasium and the overall modern feel of the project.
