We finally decided to upgrade from our rented apartment and bought a 3 BHK at Puravankara Oceana. The super builtup area of 3417 sq.ft gives us much more room than we had before. We liked that it's ready to move, so we didn't have to wait for construction. The location on Marine Drive is lovely, though getting out of the area during peak houcan be a bit of a challenge with the traffic. Puravankara Limited is a known developer, which gave us confidence. The price was around 4.2 Crore for our unit, which was within our budget after taking a loan. The Vastu compliance was also important for us.
