After retirement, I wanted to invest in a plot and chose Pudami Peacock by Sri Logillu. It is located in Ghatkesar, Gudoor. The plot sizes are around 1100 Sq.ft, and the price point of 38.74 Lakh for the smaller plots was attractive. The developer has included important amenities like storm water drains and rain water harvesting systems, which show foresight. Internal roads are also well laid out. Being ready to move is a major convenience. I feel the price is a bit on the higher side for a plot in this particular locality, even though it's developing. I am hoping for good appreciation in the long run.

My only reservation is that the OC received status is not available yet, which raises a slight concern for future property registration.
