We just moved into our new 3 BHK at PSV Panchvati. Being a young IT couple, connectivity and modern amenities were high on our list. The flat is a good 1643 sq.ft, giving us enough space to work from home comfortably. It's ready to move, which was perfect for us as we didn't want to wait. The price of 66.99 Lakh onwards was manageable with our joint income. We liked the gymnasium and the club house facilities. The location in Kaikhali is decent, though sometimes the traffic near Jessore Road can be a bit much. Overall, PSV Construction seems to have delivered a good product for its price. The landscaping is also quite nice.
