Finding a decent place in Bengaluru can be a challenge, but I managed to get a 2 BHK at PSR Pavillion. The built-up area is around 975 to 1000 square feet, which is a good size for me. I need to be close to work, and the proximity to Vidya Niketan School (about 1.5km) and Aster CMI Hospital is a definite plus. Being ready to move in was the main draw. The price point, starting from 43.88 Lakh, felt reasonable for the location and amenities like car parking and 24/7 security. I’m still getting used to the neighborhood, but the gym is a nice facility to have within the complex. I do wish the internal roads within the project were a bit wider.

We were tired of paying rent and decided to buy our own place in PSR Pavillion. We looked at the 2 BHK configurations, which are about 975 to 1000 square feet. It’s a good upgrade from our rental, and the layout feels practical. The location in Hebbal, near Nagenahalli Main Road, is decent, although the drive to the main road can be a bit congested sometimes. The price, starting around 43.88 Lakh, was at the higher end of what we hoped to spend, but the assurance of a ready-to-move flat sealed the deal. Having car parking and a gymnasium onsite is very convenient for us. The Intercom facility is also helpful. We are hoping the maintenance charges will be reasonable once we settle in.
