We were looking for a spacious home in a good area after retirement and PS Vyom in Behala seemed like a good option. The 4 BHK apartment we looked at was around 1770 square feet, which is quite large. It's ready to move in, which was a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait for construction. The location is fairly convenient, close to the Taratola Flyover and not too far from Brace Bridge Railway Station. We also liked that the project has Vastu compliant designs and balconies for each room. The only minor concern is that the price range is a bit high, starting from 3.14 Crore. However, the quality of construction seems decent and the amenities like the club house and swimming pool are attractive.

Relocating to Kolkata for work at BM Birla Heart Hospital meant finding a home close to the hospital. PS Vyom offered a 4 BHK apartment, around 1916 square feet, which is perfect for my family. The proximity to the hospital and Taratala Metro Station is excellent, taking only nearby. The project is ready to move, which saved us a lot of hassle. PS Group has included some great amenities like a concierge service, business suites, and a spa. The natural pond adds a unique touch. The price for the 4 BHK is between 3.14 Crore and 4.49 Crore, which is substantial but justifiable given the location and size. The 3 open side properties ensure good natural light. I am happy with the choice.

The location is okay, not too far from M P Birla Foundation Higher Secondary School and BM Birla Heart Hospital, which are important landmarks. The price is on the higher side, starting from 3.14 Crore, but the PS Group has a reputation. The apartment felt spacious and came with balconies for every room. I wish they had mentioned the completion date or OC received status more clearly. The availability of a natural pond and an amphitheater are nice touches. Parking seems adequate.
