The proximity to Park Street (0.85 Km) is fantastic. The 4 BHK apartments are very large, 3725 square feet, which is quite uncommon these days. It's ready to move in, so no waiting period. The price starting from 7.21 Crore is steep, no doubt, but you are paying for the address and the spacious living. The developer, PS Group, seems reliable. The gymnasium and swimming pool are good additions for a healthy lifestyle. Parking is adequate.
