We bought a 3 BHK at PS Srijan Ozone in Garia, Sonarpur. The location is reasonably good, with Kavi Nazrul Metro Station nearby at nearby, which is helpful for my husband's commute. Our children attend school nearby, making the daily drop-off and pick-up less stressful. The project by Srijan Realty Pvt. Ltd. Is ready to move, which was a big relief. However, the roads leading to the project can be narrow and a bit dusty during construction periods nearby. Despite this, the flat itself is comfortable and spacious enough for our family. We are mostly satisfied with the decision.
