This saves us a lot of travel time for our children. Narayana Hospital is also right next door, which provides peace of mind. The project by PS Group includes a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which our kids are very excited about. We also liked the gated community aspect and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for safety. The only slight worry is the distance to the metro, Girish Park Metro Station is over 2 kilometeaway. It might be inconvenient on days we need to travel further into the city quickly. Otherwise, the construction seems solid and the layout spacious.
