After a long career, I wanted a peaceful place to settle. Provident Vriksha offered a 2 BHK flat which felt just right. The senior citizen siteout and the ample landscaping provide a serene environment. Having 24x7 security and water supply gives peace of mind. The gymnasium is well-equipped for staying active. The location in Herohalli Village is relatively quiet compared to other parts of the city. My only minor issue is that sometimes the parking can feel a bit congested, especially during weekends when visitoarrive. The developer, Provident Housing Limited, seems reliable.

The 1 BHK flats have a super builtup area starting from 604 Sq.ft, which is enough space for one peon. I really liked the gymnasium and the swimming pool, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for me. Getting around is fairly easy with proximity to the NICE Ring Road.
